Manuel Ugarte will start for Manchester United for the first time in the Premier League against Spurs at Old Trafford this afternoon.
He keeps his place having started against FC Twente in the Europa League on Wednesday. Kobbie Mainoo returns at the expense of Christian Eriksen, who has probably been United’s best performer over the last few games, but made a mistake that allowed Twente to equalise in that game.
Harry Maguire also makes way from Wednesday’s side, and is replaced by Matthijs de Ligt.
The other player to lose his place from Wednesday’s starting lineup is Amad, as manager Erik ten Hag continues to rotate his three wingers.
He is replaced by Alejandro Garnacho, with Marcus Rashford keeping his spot on the left wing.
Bruno Fernandes, who many thought could be rested after a spell of bad form, keeps his place in the number 10 role.
Josh Zirkzee keeps his own starting spot up front.
Joining De Ligt in the back line are Noussair Mazraoui at right back, Diogo Dalot at left back and Lisandro Martinez at left centre back.
Andre Onana, of course, will be in goal.
Maguire is not on the bench, suggesting he may have a knock. Victor Lindelof is included after returning from injury.
The other subs are Altay Bayindir, Jonny Evans, Mason Mount, Eriksen, Casemiro, Antony, Amad and Rasmus Hojlund.
Kick off at Old Trafford is at 4.30pm BST.
