Ballot System for Disability Access Members

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, tickets for all home fixtures will be sold via a ballot system exclusively for Arsenal Members. For each match, Members have a designated window in which to register either individually or as a group (provided that all members in the group meet the necessary requirements for the relevant ballot).

Timing doesn't matter when it comes to entering our ballots, whether you are an early bird or a last-minute entrant, your chances of winning remain the same. The only crucial factor is that you submit your entry whilst the window is open.

The ballot opens on Friday 22nd November at 1000hrs and closes on Monday 25th November at 1000hrs.

Please click here to enter the ballot.

Please DO Not enter via your online account as this will not work for DA members.

All applicants, whether successful or unsuccessful, will be notified by email only, from 1400hrs on Tuesday 26th November Successful applicants will have the opportunity to purchase tickets during the designated priority booking window, as specified on the ticket information page. This fixture will be on sale on Wednesday 27th November at 1000hrs and successful applicants will be able to access their online account to purchase tickets, this will include a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket, subject to eligibility. Please note, you will have until 1000hrs on Thursday 28th November to purchase your tickets.

If you are purchasing tickets for other Arsenal Members, please ensure that each additional Member is assigned to your Network prior to your transaction (how to manage your network).

Where the number of ballot registrations for a match does not exceed the number of available tickets, all Members who have entered will be successful.

Ticket Exchange & Ticket Transfer

If a Member is unable to attend a match they were successful in the ballot for, and that match has sold out, they will have the option to post their ticket on our Ticket Exchange platform. This way, other fans can purchase the ticket and enjoy the match. This ticket information page will be updated once a fixture has sold out and Ticket Exchange is available.

Ticket Transfer is available for Season Ticket Holders to use once a game is available online (4-8 weeks before a game).

Disability Access members who wish to list their tickets on the Ticket Exchange should complete the online form here. Please note this form is for DA members only and tickets will be listed by the Disability Liaison Team. The Disability Liaison Team can be contacted by calling 0207 619 5000 (Option 2). Deaf supporters, who use British Sign Language (BSL), can contact the Disability Liaison Team by using SignVideo BSL Interpreter service.
