Anderlecht, Ajax & Athletic Bilbao lead
Anderlecht have, for the moment anyway, provisionally leapfrogged Manchester United into fourth spot thanks to a Luis Vazquez effort against Hoffenheim.
The German side who are bang out of form and are down in 29th spot, are staring at likely elimination from the competition as it stands.
Meanwhile, former Aston Villa winger Bertrand Traore has put Ajax on course to reach the playoff ties, with a goal against Galatasaray.
And a few minutes after having a goal disallowed following a VAR review, Athletic Bilbao are in front thanks to Spain winger Nico Williams.
