“It’s obviously a difficult situation, but what I’m hearing is that Tottenham keep supporting and trusting Ange Postecoglou.
“The January window is going to be important. Obviously, they need to do something.”

First-choice goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario has been out since November following ankle surgery, while defenders Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, and Ben Davies have also been sidelined, leaving Spurs’ defence stretched thin.
