Joe Gomez remains Liverpool's only absentee ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash at Anfield (4.30pm UK).

The England international defender has been out since picking up a hamstring injury in Liverpool's surprise FA Cup exit at Plymouth Argyle on 9 February.

He has yet to resume full training, but Liverpool boss Arne Slot suggested in his pre-match press conference on Friday that he could yet return before the end of the season. “If his recovery goes well, he would be able to (play) maybe in the last one or two games of the season," said Slot. "He is still not training with us yet, but he is coming closer and closer to train with the team."

Liverpool need a point to clinch the Premier League title, and Slot added: "There is a game to be played against a Tottenham side that is playing for something special as well, maybe not in the league but definitely in the Europa League. So, they want to go towards Bodo/Glimt in the best possible prepared way.

"We are only focused on the next opponent and that is Tottenham now. So, we will try to prepare the team the same way we have the whole season and hopefully the team, the players, can bring the energy, the same mentality towards the game as they've brought throughout the whole season."
