A moment of remembrance

Ahead of kick-off, both clubs and their supporters pay their respects ahead of Remembrance Day.

Five minutes until kick-off!

The teams are in the tunnel, the atmosphere is ramping up at Selhurst and kick-off is fast approaching!

More derby day delight for Fulham?

Fulham are unbeaten in their last six Premier League London derbies (W3 D3), coming from behind to beat Brentford last time out. It’s their longest such run without a defeat since a run of seven in 2006-07.

A low-scoring affair?

Fulham’s five Premier League away games this season have seen just 11 goals scored (F5 A6) – only Arsenal’s (10) and Manchester United’s (9) games on the road have produced fewer.

Meanwhile, despite having had the seventh-highest number of shots in the Premier League this season (145), Crystal Palace have had fewer big chances than any other side so far this term (18).

One to watch: Emile Smith Rowe

Palace down to bare bones

Sky Sports' Peter Smith at Selhurst Park:

"In contrast to Fulham's array of attacking options off the bench, Palace are down to the bare bones.

"Their substitute options include two goalkeepers and three teenagers.

"Left winger Asher Agbinone (19), centre forward Zach Marsh (19) and right-back Caleb Kporha (18) will be hoping for a run out to join fellow youngster Justin Devenny on the pitch at Selhurst today."

Palace aiming to end win wait vs Fulham

Crystal Palace are winless in their last five Premier League games against Fulham (D4 L1), with each of the last three meetings ending in a draw.

Wilson among Fulham's threats from the bench

Sky Sports' Peter Smith at Selhurst Park:

"It's tough on Wilson not to get a start this afternoon after his brilliant injury-time double won the match for Fulham against Brentford on Monday night.

"I was there and I've never heard Craven Cottage so loud as when he headed (or should that be shouldered!) in the winner to complete the turnaround.

"Marco Silva will be hoping his Fulham side can take that momentum into today's match. They will certainly have threat on the bench if they need it with Wilson, Adama Traore and Rodrigo Muniz among their options."

Jones Knows: Low-scoring draw at Selhurst

Sky Sports' Lewis Jones:

It's a shame the market has given much more respect to Fulham than usual here as I was hoping to nick another nice price on their win chances. Both teams are priced up at 8/5 with Sky Bet for the win.

Fulham are priced up as the better team with the away factor thrown into the mix so I can let them win at those prices.

Plus, Palace are improving.

Oliver Glasner has got his team functioning out of possession now with their press but goals are going to be a problem without Eberechi Eze. They have only scored eight goals all season anyway, with their games averaging just 2.10 goals per game. No team have created fewer big chances either (18).

Fulham aren't exactly blessed with a plethora of natural finishers, though, and six of their seven games across all competitions have fallen under the 2.5 goals line. That's the bet here at 5/6 with Sky Bet.

SCORE PREDICTION: 1-1 | JONES KNOWS' BEST BET: Under 2.5 goals (5/6 with Sky Bet)

Two changes for Palace, same XI for Fulham

Crystal Palace have made two changes to the side which drew with Wolves last weekend, with Justin Devenny making his debut in midfield in place of the suspended Will Hughes.

Eddie Nketiah is out with a well-documented hamstring issue and Nathaniel Clyne is the one to come into the XI for Oliver Glasner's injury-hit side. A change of shape for Palace?

Meanwhile, Fulham name the same side which beat Brentford on Monday, meaning Harry Wilson is once again on the bench despite his injury-time heroics at Craven Cottage.

Who is Justin Devenny?

Justin Devenny makes his first start for Crystal Palace today.

The 21-year-old midfielder is captain of the Palace youth team and plays for Northern Ireland U21s.

He joined the club from Scottish Championship side Airdrieonians in 2023 and has since impressed for Palace's U21s.

After being included in Palace's pre-season tour and then on the bench against Chelsea in September, he gets a chance to show what he can do at Selhurst Park today...

Lukic still out for Fulham

Sasa Lukic (shoulder) remains sidelined for Fulham, but boss Marco Silva faces no fresh injury concerns.

Harry Wilson could earn his first Premier League start of the season after scoring a winning brace against Brentford on Monday night.

Can Palace build on resurgence?

Glasner said he was aware of rumours that Nketiah suffered his injury whilst working with a private trainer away from the team.

But the Austrian brushed those aside, saying: “I heard about it and I talked to Eddie after the game, and he mentioned that he feels a little bit his hamstring, then we made a scan and we saw it’s a bit more serious than expected.

“I always trust my players, so why should I trust a strange source more than my player? So I talked to Eddie and it’s fine.”

Saturday’s contest will also mark Joachim Andersen’s first return to Selhurst Park since joining Fulham in the summer, the Dane in contrast part of a near fully-fit squad for Fulham boss Marco Silva.

Palace snapped an eight-game winless streak with victory against Tottenham late last month before beating Aston Villa in the Carabao Cup last-16 and drawing with Wolves last weekend, but still find themselves hovering just clear of the relegation zone.

Glasner added: “It’s about the team performance, so yes, I would like to have everybody available so I think especially in this phase of the year, and when I look forward to the schedule in December and January, I think it’s a challenge for every club.

“We still have players. We still have a squad of 20 outfield players, we have good youngsters from the academy.

“We will have a very competitive squad tomorrow and we go for the win.”
