Randal Kolo Muani’s future at Paris Saint-Germain was uncertain with the January transfer window now open. The 26-year-old forward had yet to make a significant impact in his first two seasons at the club, raising doubts about his role under Luis Enrique.

Kolo Muani had played just 453 minutes across all competitions and had failed to secure a regular starting spot. His absence from PSG’s squad in the final three matches of 2024 sparked further speculation about a potential departure.

Tottenham, Manchester United, and Juventus were all reportedly interested in securing Kolo Muani on loan that January, with David Ornstein of The Athletic naming these clubs as the top contenders for his signature.

TEAMtalk added that a £50 million bid could have been enough to sign Kolo Muani, which would have been considered a bargain given he joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt for £76 million in 2023.

What’s the latest on Randal Kolo Muani?

Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg has the latest update on the Kolo Muani situation. He reports that Manchester United are keen to sign the striker in January, with negotiations already taking place with his camp, and contact with PSG is expected soon as they pursue a loan deal with an option to buy.
