Tottenham are very likely to lose Pedro Porro in January or next summer to Real Madrid, according to Inter Live.

The Spanish giants are in hunt for a new right-back after Dani Carvajal suffered a serious injury that is set to keep him out for long time.

They were strongly linked with a move for Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold in the summer but the player ended up staying at Anfield.

However, his current contract expires next summer and the links have continued with suggestions that Madrid are hoping to snap him up on a free transfer.

Despite the continued links with Trent, they have been linked with a move for Pedro Porro in recent weeks.

It is suggested that Carlo Ancelotti has identified him as an ideal fit, given his quality as well as his previous La Liga experience.

As per the report, Tottenham are ‘very likely’ to lose Porro in the January transfer window or at the latest, the summer window.

Pedro Porro is likely to be tempted by a move to Madrid as well, with him already expressing his readiness to play for them. In a recent interview, he refused to rule out a future move.

He said:

“Of course I’m proud of these links, it means I’m doing things well. If that happens one day, it happens.”

Since arriving at Tottenham from Sporting CP in January last year, Porro has become an integral part of Ange Postecoglou’s lineup.

His ability to contribute both defensively and offensively has cemented his reputation as one of the Premier League’s top full-backs.

Last season, he recorded three goals and seven assists across 35 league appearances, highlighting his impact on the field.

Losing him will be a significant setback for Spurs but the report suggests that the club are already preparing for his departure with replacements identified.

The two potential replacements being reportedly considered are: Denzel Dumfries of Inter Milan and Raoul Bellanova of Atalanta.

As per Inter Live, the club’s technical director Johan Lange, with guidance from former managing director Fabio Paratici, is reportedly spearheading efforts to bring one of these players to North London.

Dumfries, who has been a key figure for Inter since joining in 2021, is known for his attacking prowess and defensive capabilities.

Raoul Bellanova, currently with Atalanta, also offers an exciting option. After a successful spell at Torino, he made a permanent move to Atalanta earlier this summer.
