The player has not been able to live up to the expectations since the £60 million move from Everton. His performances have been underwhelming and he has struggled with injury problems as well. The player has made just one start in all competitions this season and Tottenham need better options at their disposal.
It is unlikely to be a major blow for Tottenham if he decides to move on. Tottenham need to bring in an upgrade on him if they want to push for major trophies. It remains to be seen whether they can recoup a substantial amount of money for the player. It is fair to assume that they will not be able to secure their investment in the player, and they will have to accept a loss on him.
It will be interesting to see where Richarlison ends up. There is no doubt that he is a quality player when he is fit and performing at his best.
