David Moyes has shown Sean Dyche exactly how to manage this Everton side since being appointed by the Friedkins.
Everton have been able to put their relegation worries behind them with the club now looking upwards ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Toffees have been able to rack up the points since Moyes took to the dugout at Goodison Park.
Following the draw on the weekend, Everton are eight-games unbeaten in the Premier League, which highlights a staggering turnaround on Merseyside.
This weekend will see Moyes come up against his former club in West Ham United at Goodison.
The 61-year-old has just been hailed for something he did during his time at the London Stadium, and it could potentially be replicated at Everton.
Sam Allardyce hails David Moyes for Marko Arnautovic tweak at West Ham

Speaking on the No Tippy Tappy Football podcast, Allardyce and current Everton coach Charlie Adam praised former West Ham player Marko Arnautovic.
“What about Moyesy when he put him up front at West Ham? Revelation,” said Allardyce about the Austrian forward.
“Marko was a maverick, but for me, he should have played at one of the top clubs. I know he plays for Inter Milan, but I think he could have played for one of the big ones in the Premier League.”
Moyes is hoping to see Everton sign a new forward after failing to land any attacking players over the January transfer window.
If Everton are able to bring in a versatile forward, perhaps Moyes could replicate his Arnautovic masterclass on Merseyside.
Moyes could have his next Arnautovic at Everton with Richarlison
Everton are showing an interest in Tottenham Hotspur forward Richarlison in what would be a sensational summer transfer.
It is a move which many Everton fans would be in favour of after he became a fan favourite during his time at Goodison.
Richarlison is a player who has shown his versatility across the front line during his time both at Everton and Spurs.
Everton are without Iliman Ndiaye through injury; that is on top of the absence of striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Having a versatile forward like Richarlison could prove a really interesting option for Moyes this summer, as he could fill in across a number of roles.
The only real issue for Everton is the Brazilian’s own injury record of late.
