Schneider Electric, a global leader in digital energy management and automation, has partnered with the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation to launch an ambitious STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) educational outreach program. Set to roll out in the summer of 2025, this initiative aims to ignite curiosity, fuel innovation, and equip young minds with critical skills for the future.
The program will engage students from 12 local primary schools, immersing them in dynamic, real-world STEM concepts. Rooted in the National Curriculum, it will bridge the gap between theory and practice, offering interactive lessons in:
Robotics & Machine Control – Unleashing the potential of automation and AI.
Sustainable Energy – Exploring the science behind renewables and energy efficiency.
eMobility – Understanding the future of transportation and electric vehicles.
But this isn’t just another classroom lesson. Engaging workshops and immersive Challenge Days will push students to think critically, collaborate in teams, and tackle real-world energy and technology challenges. To make learning even more impactful, Schneider Electric employees will step in as mentors, offering insights from their professional expertise as part of a company-wide volunteering initiative.
Beyond hands-on activities, the program will introduce a Learning Management System (LMS)—a digital hub packed with resources, tutorials, and ongoing learning opportunities. Teachers won’t be left behind either—specialized training sessions will empower educators with tools and knowledge to inspire the next generation of STEM leaders.
After nine weeks of exploration and innovation, students will put their newfound skills to the test at a thrilling ‘Finals Day’ event hosted by the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation. The event will occur at F1® DRIVE London, the world’s first in-stadium electric karting facility, near Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’s iconic South Stand.
This initiative isn’t happening in isolation. It’s part of Schneider Electric’s broader partnership with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, which operates one of the world’s most technologically advanced stadiums. Running on 100% renewable energy, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has set the benchmark for sustainable innovation in sports and has been recognized as the Premier League’s greenest club for five consecutive yearssince 2020.
