Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur supporters - who are in the UK - will be able to watch the first leg and second leg respectively of their Carabao Cup semi-finals against Newcastle United and Liverpool for free over the next month.

The Gunners reached the last four of the League Cup back in December when a Gabriel Jesus hat-trick inspired a comeback against Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium. Mikel Arteta's side will now face the Magpies over two matches to see which side will book their place in the Carabao Cup final in March.

Meanwhile, Tottenham progressed to the semi-finals after their thrilling 4-3 victory over Manchester United. Their reward was a two-legged showdown against Arne Slot's table toppers in the other last-four meeting.

The first leg of the Carabao Cup ties will start on Tuesday, January 7 when the Gunners host Newcastle before the return leg is played on Wednesday, February 5 at St. James' Park. Tottenham will, meanwhile, take on Liverpool (at home) on Wednesday, January 8 before the second leg at Anfield on Thursday, February 6.

Announcing the fixtures, the EFL (English Football League) confirmed the first leg at Arsenal as well as the return leg between Liverpool and Ange Postecoglou's side will be aired for free on ITV1 as well as Sky Sports. Explaining the decision, the EFL wrote in a statement: "All ties will [still] be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
