Ange Postecoglou is speaking to reporters on Friday afternoon ahead of Tottenham's home game against Brentford in the Premier League on Saturday.

Spurs scraped through to the Carabao Cup fourth round thanks to late goals from Djed Spence and Brennan Johnson after a poor team display at Championship side Coventry with Postecoglou having made eight changes to his team for the match. However, the north London side did manage to progress and will now have a mostly fresh team of players to take Thomas Frank's Brentford side at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Tottenham need to get back on track in the Premier League after back-to-back defeats to Newcastle and Arsenal in recent weeks during a period now in which the games arrive every three to four days with Europa League football on the horizon.

At his press conference, Postecoglou will provide injury updates on Wilson Odobert, Timo Werner, Yves Bissouma, Richarlison and young striker Will Lankshear, who is understood to have returned to training. Odobert and Werner's potential absences could open the door for talented 17-year-old Mikey Moore to get game time in the coming fixtures.

Our Tottenham correspondent Alasdair Gold is among those putting the questions to Postecoglou. Scroll down for his latest updates from the press conference at Hotspur Way.
