I think both will be in the new year. Not as significant an injury as last time with Micky but obviously having a setback the medical team is going to make sure he is right to go.

Yves Bissouma is available for selection once again after serving his one-match ban last Sunday as Tottenham beat Southampton 5-0.

The return of the Mali international does hand Ange Postecoglou quite the decision in midfield heading into the Manchester United fixure as Lucas Bergvall did catch the eye in his teammate's place.

Spence stars

Djed Spence has put himself firmly in the picture to start for Tottenham against Manchester United on Thursday evening.

The right-back was handed his first Spurs start against Southampton last Sunday and duly impressed with an outstanding performance at both right-back and left-back.

Already playing a pivotal role in Spurs' cup run with a late equaliser at Coventry City in the third round, Spence will be looking to have an even bigger say against the Red Devils.
