Tottenham were among several Premier League clubs with scouts in attendance at Atalanta’s recent Champions League match against Arsenal, focusing on standout players Ademola Lookman and Ederson.

According to the latest from TBR Football, Tottenham, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Newcastle United, all had sent representatives to scout these two key players.

The match, held in Bergamo, ended in a goalless draw, but both Lookman and Ederson made an impression.

Ademola Lookman, who joined Atalanta in 2022, has rapidly become an essential figure in the Serie A club’s attack.

Notably, Lookman delivered a memorable hat-trick in the 2024 Europa League final, leading Atalanta to a 3-0 victory over Bayer Leverkusen. He finished the season with 17 goals and 10 assists.

His stellar performances have earned him further recognition, as he became the first Atalanta player to receive a Ballon d’Or nomination.

Brazilian midfielder Ederson has also drawn attention, particularly from Spurs, who have been tracking him since January.

Last season, Ederson played a crucial role for Atalanta, making 36 Serie A appearances, scoring six goals, and providing one assist.

His versatility and technical skill in midfield have made him a target for top clubs across Europe.
