Tottenham Hotspur are looking to sign Randal Kolo Muani from Paris Saint-Germain.

Sources have informed TheBoyHotspur that Daniel Levy and Johan Lange have flown out to France to negotiate a deal for the 26-year-old French international striker.

Kolo Muani has not been able to live up to the expectations since joining PSG, and the French outfit are ready to let him leave. Sources claim that the striker could earn around £165,000 a week at Tottenham and he is likely to cost around £55 million. He is expected to join the North London club this month and the fee will not be paid until 2026.

If they manage to get the deal done, it would be Tottenham’s second January signing after Antonin Kinsky.

Tottenham could certainly use more depth in the attacking unit and the French international would be a useful acquisition. Kolo Muani was a complete forward during his time in the Bundesliga, and he will help create goalscoring opportunities for his teammates and get on the score sheet as well.

A move to the Premier League could give him a fresh start and help him recapture his form and confidence. There is no doubt that he is a quality player and he has shown that with club and country over the years.

The 2022 World Cup finalist will support Dominic Solanke in the attack and help Tottenham going forward. The North London club need that extra bit of quality in order to bounce back strongly during the second half of the season and finish high up the table. They have had a disappointing first half of the season and they need to raise their performance levels in order to secure European qualification for the next season.
