Micky van de Ven starts on the bench for Tottenham against Fulham in the Premier League today.
Van de Ven started and played an hour of Thursday’s Europa League win over AZ Alkmaar, but is taken back out of the team for the trip to Craven Cottage.
Postecoglou had confirmed he will make changes to his side against Fulham.
“Yeah I think so, I think we need to,” he said. “We saw how hard it is backing up. Sunday-Thursday isn't too hard but Thursday-Sunday is a massive task.
“It helps that we were at home and with us having a more healthy squad it's good for us to make some changes.”
Rodrigo Bentancur is available after missing the win over AZ Alkmaar through suspension and starts hre.
Lucas Bergvall is rested, given he appeared to cramp up towards the end on Thursday.
Asked how the squad was looking ahead of the trip to Fulham, Postecoglou said on Friday: “(It's looking) pretty good. (There's) nothing (to report) from last night. Everyone got through it well.”
