Gone are the days when a team would wear the previous season's change shirt if they were unable to don their current home or away top due to a kit clash. Clubs would very rarely release three kits a season in the past but it is now commonplace for virtually all sides.

Since switching to Nike in the summer of 2017, Tottenham have had some very interesting third kit designs to say the least. Some have proved incredibly popular - with one now iconic after their run to the Champions League final back in 2018 - and some have not gone down well at all with the fanbase.

It's fair to say that the vast majority of Spurs supporters will be extremely happy if the leaked images of next season's third kit are genuine. Not only will Tottenham be reverting to yellow, the club crest that was used between 1999 and 2006 will make a triumphant return.
