Tottenham might need to adjust their summer transfer plans if current centre-forward Richarlison remains at the club.

The North London outfit has been actively scouting potential new strikers, including Santiago Gimenez, Ivan Toney, and Serhou Guirassy, ahead of the transfer window.

However, their pursuit of a top-tier targetman may be hindered if Richarlison does not secure a move away this summer.

According to sources from GIVEMESPORT, the club’s plans to recruit a new first-choice striker hinge on Richarlison’s departure.

If the Brazilian international stays, it could complicate efforts to bring in a new leading forward ahead of the upcoming season.

Recent reports have highlighted interest from Saudi Pro League champions Al Hilal in Richarlison.

Despite having more than three years left on his contract, Tottenham are open to entertaining offers for their number 9.

Richarlison has not been able to make an impression at Spurs since his big money move from Everton. In his debut season he only scored one League goal all season.

His performance last season improved post surgery, as scored nine goals in eight consecutive games.

However, injuries hindered his progress, and he ended the season with 11 goals and four assists in 28 Premier League appearances.

His underwhelming performance have prompted the club to consider his sale.

Selling Richarlison would free up funds for a significant transfer, allowing Spurs to secure a new striker.

However, if the club does not find a suitor for the former Everton forward, it could complicate the Lilywhites’ transfer strategy.
