Arsenal are hoping to confirm two new signings in the next hours, with an agreement reached to sign Riccardo Calafiori for £35milion and Ajax goalkeeper Tommy Setford set to join, likely today, for less than £1m. The Gunners continue to be linked with Pedro Neto, but target Nico Williams looks set to join Barcelona and young star Chido Obi-Martin is closing in on a move to Manchester United.
Chelsea continue to work on deals for highly rated teenage defenders Aaron Anselmino and Caleb Wiley, but up front want a more established star amid links with Ollie Watkins and revived interest in Elye Wahi. A new goalkeeper is also on the wanted list. Manchester United have also been busy and are working on deals for Obi-Martin, Manuel Ugarte and Matthijs de Ligt - but Mason Mount is being linked with Tottenham.

Kevin De Bruyne agrees personal terms with Al-Ittihad
Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne has agreed personal terms with Al-Ittihad.
According to reports, the Belgian playmaker is ready to leave the Premier League champions as the Gulf state look to land a cut-price fee as De Bruyne has just a year remaining on his contract.
Talks are said to be ongoing between the Saudi champions and Man City regarding a fee but the expectation is that De Bruyne is on his way.

Chelsea and Tottenham sent Ivan Toney update
Brentford manager Thomas Frank has warned Tottenham and Chelsea they will have to cough up if they want to sign "expensive" Ivan Toney.
The England striker remains widely expected to leave the Bees this summer, having made no secret of his desire to join a bigger club. He has previously spoken of his admiration for Liverpool and Arsenal.
But it is Spurs and Chelsea who have been more regularly linked with interest in Toney.
Frank says he would ‘love’ Toney to stay at Brentford for at least one more season despite signing likely replacement Igor Thiago in a club-record £30million deal.
Asked if Toney is likely to leave Brentford this summer, Frank told Sky Sports: "You never know. He’s a Brentford player and I would love him to stay. That would give me a very positive challenge.”

Tottenham linked with shock Mason Mount move
Mason Mount could make a surprise departure from Manchester United this summer, with Tottenham among the clubs reportedly keen on him.
The midfielder joined United for £60m last season, but saw his first year at the club derailed by injury issues.
HITC claim that United would be willing to sell Mount this summer, and Spurs and Aston Villa are among the interested clubs to have been kept updated on the situation.

Manuel Ugarte to become Man Utd's third summer signing
Manchester United are really going for it this summer.
Having already landed Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro, giving the latter his debut in a win at Rangers yesterday, they also remain in talks with PSG over a move for Manuel Ugarte.
According to L’Equipe, the move could be imminent after the midfielder agreed terms with the Red Devils.

Man Utd step up talks to sign Arsenal wonderkid Chido Obi-Martin
Manchester United are exploring a deal to sign Chido Obi-Martin after the young star decided to leave Arsenal.
According to The Athletic, the 16-year-old has already visited United’s Carrington training facilities and talks are underway over a contract offer.
The Gunners continue to try hard to keep Obi-Martin, who has already made plenty of headlines during his young career after scoring 10 goals for Arsenal’s under-16s against Liverpool in November.
He has also scored four, five and seven in games since.

Chelsea turn to 'agent Cole Palmer' to convince Ollie Watkins
Chelsea hope to have an ace up their sleeve in their audacious bid for Ollie Watkins.
The Blues are desperate to sign a new striker and are looking for an established name to lead their attack.
Watkins is a dream signing, though with Aston Villa qualifying for the Champions League it will be difficult to tempt the Midlands giants into selling.
Still, Chelsea might have a helping hand.
According to Football Insider, Cole Palmer has been trying to convince the striker to move to Stamford Bridge.

Tottenham to sell Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to Marseille for £11m
Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is set to join Olympique Marseille.
According to various reports, the Spurs man has agreed to move to the Ligue 1 side in a deal worth around £11million.
Hojbjerg made it clear he was not going to sign a new contract, which was expiring next summer.
Spurs will now reinvest in the squad.

Arsenal set to sign Tommy Setford today
Arsenal are finalising a move for Ajax goalkeeper Tommy Setford, with the plan for him to play a part in their tour to the USA, writes Simon Collings.
The Gunners have agreed a fee with Ajax in the region of €1million and the 18-year-old is set to bolster Arsenal’s goalkeeping department.
Ajax had wanted to keep Setford, but he had one year left on his contract and was unwilling to sign fresh terms.
Fabrizo Romano adds that a deal will be signed today.

Arsenal still waiting on Riccardo Calafiori
Arsenal have not yet wrapped up a deal for Bologna defender Riccardo Calafiori.
A fee has already been agreed between the Gunners and Bologna, but the Italian side are still yet to decide on the payment structure for a sell-on clause with Basel.
Fabrizio Romano reports that more talks will be held tomorrow, as Arsenal wait to close the deal.
It is expected a medical and the final paperwork will be completed next week.

Newcastle interested in Noni Madueke
Newcastle have made contact with Chelsea over a surprise move for Noni Madueke.
That’s according to Football Insider, with it claimed the Magpies are on the hunt for a winger having seen target Michael Olise join Bayern Munich earlier this summer.
West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen and Leeds United’s Crysencio Summerville are two other options Newcastle are considering.
