In a recent episode of the Stick to Football podcast, Gary Neville has predicted that Tottenham will finish in the top four for the 2024/25 Premier League season.
Neville claimed that Spurs will secure the final Champions League spot, ahead of Liverpool, a prediction that took many by surprise, including fellow pundit Ian Wright.
When asked to pick who will finish top 4, Neville said: “I’ll go Tottenham”, to which a surprised Wright replied: “You’re going to go Tottenham? Wow!”
Last season, the Lilywhites came very close to securing a Champions League spot, losing out to Aston Villa by just two points.
Looking ahead to the upcoming season, they will be determined to climb higher in the league standings, having reinforced their squad during the summer transfer window.
The additions of key players such as Dominic Solanke, Archie Gray, Timo Werner and Lucas Bergvall has bolstered the team significantly.
As the new season unfolds, Spurs will aim to improve on their performances from last season and finish in the top 4 as well as win a silverware.
