Tottenham have suffered yet another injury blow with left-back Destiny Udogie forced off in their 2-2 Premier League draw with Wolves on December 29.
Jorgen Strand Larsen's late equaliser means Ange Postecoglou's side end 2024 with just one win in their last seven EPL games.
Postecoglou was bullish in his post-match comments claiming his players need a break ahead of their January 4 clash with Newcastle United.

Injuries continue to be a major issue for the Australian coach - particularly in defence - with Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven both currently out of action.
Udogie joins the duo in the treatment room, with Postecoglou now without three of his first-choice back four, with Rodrigo Bentancur suspended for the clash with the Magpies and Ben Davies out.
"I think it's a hamstring for Destiny. We've been relying on a core group of players because we haven't had the ability to rotate, so at some point, it was going to catch up with us. Unfortunately, it caught up with Destiny," Postecoglou stated on Udogie's withdrawal against Wolves.
Destiny Udogie injury length, games he will miss
Udogie has been unfortunate with injuries since joining Tottenham in 2023, with the Italy international missing around 12 weeks of action due to various injuries - including surgery in April 2024 - which ended his debut 2023/24 campaign.
Two weeks missed in September was a setback for the current campaign, but this fresh injury is expected to put him out for around six weeks, as Postecoglou looks to rotate.
Spurs are not expected to sign a replacement for the 22-year-old in the January transfer window, and Postecoglou will look for solutions in his squad, including Djed Spence, Davies and the forgotten Sergio Reguilon.
Tottenham face a busy start to 2025 and Udogie will miss games split across multiple competitions, which could rack up to a ten-match absence.
