Tottenham Hotspur have enjoyed a really productive summer transfer window and their business isn’t finished just yet.
Spurs added Dominic Solanke to their ranks earlier this month after meeting Bournemouth’s £65m asking price.
That took the club’s spending to around £124m having signed Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall, Wilson Odobert and Yang Min-hyuk.
Now, transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano has shared what Tottenham are planning to do before Friday’s deadline.
Tottenham could still make one or two signings
Fabrizio Romano, via GiveMeSport, has revealed that Tottenham Hotspur could still make one or two signings this week and noted that they are a club to keep an eye on.
“I would not exclude anything from Tottenham,” Romano said.
“Apart from Solanke, who was always the top target, all other signings they’ve been very good at keeping in the background. I think, for Tottenham, there’s still the possibility to do one or two more signings.
“I’m not sure it’s going to be two, but it could be. I think Tottenham are going to be one of the clubs to follow in the final days.”
Tottenham want cover for Destiny Udogie
Tottenham are reportedly eager to bring in cover for first-choice left-back Destiny Udogie.
Sergio Reguillon’s future at the club is far from certain and if he is to depart, the North Londoners could make a late move for his replacement.
Michael Kayode has been linked to Tottenham, though, he typically operates as a right-back.
A telling few days await.
