Supporters making the trip to west London for our Premier League fixture against Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium on Sunday are asked to read the following information, and note that planned engineering works will affect parts of the Mildmay and Piccadilly lines on matchday.
A reminder that we kick-off at 2pm, with gates opening at 12.30pm. Supporters are advised to arrive at the stadium at least one hour before kick-off.
Supporters are asked to take particular note of the information regarding the unauthorised use of tickets which can be found below.

Getting to Gtech Community Stadium
There are eight stations located within a 20-minute walking radius of the stadium, and supporters are strongly encouraged to plan their journey in advance.
Kew Bridge is the nearest station, which is served by up to four South Western Railway trains on Sundays. Trains to the stadium from central London are from Waterloo station. Please note, Kew Bridge station is not step-free.
Brentford station is the nearest step-free station, with Chiswick station less than a 30-minute walk from the stadium on the same line.
Gunnersbury station is the nearest station offering both London Underground and London Overground connections via the District line and Mildmay line. However, please note that there will be no service between Gospel Oak and Stratford on the Mildmay line on Sunday.
The other five London Underground stations located within a 20-minute walking radius are as follows:
Kew Gardens - District line and Mildmay line*
Chiswick Park - District line
South Acton - Mildmay line*
Acton Town - District and Piccadilly lines**
South Ealing - Piccadilly line**
*Due to planned engineering works, there will be no Mildmay line services operating between Gospel Oak and Stratford on Sunday.
**Please note, the Piccadilly line will be closed north of King’s Cross on matchday.

Parking
Parking for supporters travelling by car on Sunday can be purchased from Brentford’s parking provider. Car parks are located within a 25-minute walk of the stadium. Brentford have advised that reservable parking must be purchased ahead of Sunday, as no cash payments will be accepted on the day.
Controlled Parking Zones will be in operation in residential streets near the stadium, and fans should therefore avoid parking on nearby streets.
All official away coaches must park on Capital Interchange Way, TW8 0EX which is adjacent to the away end turnstiles.
Leaving Gtech Community Stadium
Brentford advise against away fans using Kew Bridge station post-match. Any fans who do choose to use this station will have to walk round from Capital Interchange Way and up Lionel Road South to join the same queuing system as for home supporters.
Additionally, supporters are advised that Gunnersbury station does not currently open until one hour after the final whistle, and there may be long waits to access the station during busy periods.
Entering the stadium
Visiting supporters will be located in the East Stand and will access the stadium through entrances F, G and H. Turnstiles will open 90 minutes before kick-off.
Stewards outside turnstiles will be in place to welcome supporters, assist with queries, and to perform searches of bags and other personal items.

Disabled supporters can enter the stadium via the dedicated Accessible Entrance. Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards will be in attendance for any supporters requiring assistance.
Accessible toilets are available and supporters without their own RADAR key will be able to request one from a steward. Supporters requiring a Changing Places facility should contact a steward who will be able to escort them.
A small number of Blue Badge parking spaces are available near to the away end. Spaces can be booked on a first-come-first served basis through accessibility@brentfordfc.com and cost £12.
Matchday commentary, provided by Brentford’s in-house commentator, is available for supporters who require it and can be booked by emailing accessibility@brentfordfc.com.
Local pubs
Pubs around the stadium generally welcome both home and away fans. The Pilot or the Gunnersbury are recommended for fans travelling from Gunnersbury, while the Cricketers, the Greyhound, the Coach & Horses and the Botanist are closest to Kew Green.
The nearest pubs to the stadium are the Express Tavern, One Over the Ait, the Bell & Crown, the Steam Packet, and City Barge.

Ticket Office
Supporters collecting tickets can do so from the Box Office at Gtech Community Stadium. Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.
Refreshments
Kiosks in the visitors’ section will be serving a wide range of food, including vegetarian and vegan options, as well as alcoholic and soft drinks.
Cashless payments
Gtech Community Stadium is a cashless venue. All major debit and credit cards are accepted, as well as wearable payment options including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Flags and banners
Flags and banners are permitted in the visitors’ section provided they are no larger than 2x1m and contain no offensive/inflammatory content. Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.
Bag Policy
Supporters are strongly advised not to bring any bags to Gtech Community Stadium. If a bag is necessary, it must be searched prior to entry.
Spurs Respects
We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.
We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.
The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.
Reporting anti-social behaviour
To report an incident at Gtech Community Stadium, please notify the nearest steward or text ‘BFC’ to 62277 with a description and location of the incident as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can email report@brentfordfc.com at any time.
Unauthorised use of tickets
Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50 per cent reduction of Ticketing Points.
Supporters unable to attend
Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of original tickets.
