Supporters making the trip to Goodison Park for our Premier League fixture against Everton on Sunday should be aware of the following information...

A reminder that we kick-off at 2pm, with gates opening at 12.30pm.

Everton’s guide for visiting supporters can be found here.

Getting to Goodison Park

Trains

Supporters intending to travel by train are advised that industrial strike action will be in place on Sunday, affecting Avanti West Coast. Train timetables and operating hours will be significantly reduced and trains that do run are expected to be busy. We therefore encourage supporters to plan their journey in advance, allow extra time, and check before they travel.

Goodison Park is located two miles from Liverpool Lime Street Station. Buses are fast and frequent from Liverpool city centre and take approximately 15 minutes to reach Goodison Park:

Services from Queen Square Bus Station in Liverpool city centre - 19, 20, 21, 310, 345

Services from Liverpool ONE Bus Station - 26 (walk from Everton Valley)

Service from Commutation Row in the City Centre (on matchdays only) 919

Alternatively, the journey from the station to the stadium will take 10 minutes in a taxi or approximately 45 minutes to walk.

Car

For fans travelling by car, car parking is available at Stanley Park car park, approximately 0.5 miles from Goodison Park at the junction of Priory Road and Utting Avenue. Prices are displayed upon entry and supporters are advised to pay cash. The car park is a 5/10-minute walk from the away turnstiles.

There is a resident parking scheme in place in the streets surrounding Goodison Park, which is strictly enforced. Parking in surrounding streets may lead to a fine and the vehicle being clamped or removed.

Coach

For fans arriving by coach, supporter coaches will park on Priory Road, as in previous seasons, which is a short walk from Bullens Road. However, coaches should now access Priory Road from the Utting Avenue direction, as opposed to the Walton Lane direction.

Entering the stadium

The away supporters’ section of the stadium is located on Bullens Road and can be accessed through turnstiles 53-60.

Turnstiles at Goodison Park open 90 minutes before kick-off, and fans are advised to arrive early to support pre-match security and ticket-checks.

Along with physical ticket checks and searches, sniffer dogs will be present at the turnstiles. Tottenham Hotspur travel stewards and staff will also be on hand to assist.

Accessibility

Everton’s accessibility guide can be found here...

Goodison Park has low level counters at kiosks, hearing loops and audio commentary.

Limited accessible parking is available on a matchday. The following positions are available for Blue Badge Holders on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance:

Dianne Street - outside numbers 2-14

Oxton Street - outside numbers 74-84

Eton Street - outside numbers 53-79

Langham Street

Andrew Street

The designated Accessible Entrance for away fans is adjacent to the Sir Philip Carter Park Stand and Bullens Road.

Goodison Park has accessible toilets located within the Bullens Road visitors’ area, which can be accessed via a RADAR key. Supporters without their own key can speak to nearby stewards who will be able to assist.

A Changing Places facility is located in the courtyard near to the Family Enclosure. Supporters can access the facility by speaking to the nearest accessibility steward.

Fans who require a large bag for medical purposes should contact Everton directly to enquire about a medical exemption certificate. To do so, or for any other accessibility enquiries, please contact accessibility@evertonfc.com.

Refreshments

A full range of refreshments, including alcohol, will be available for purchase at the kiosks on the concourses.

Cashless payments

Goodison Park is a cashless stadium which accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Matchday programme

Matchday programmes are priced at £4.00 and can be purchased using cash only from vendors outside the stadium.

Ticket Office

Tickets can be collected from the Bullens Road Ticket Office, which is located next to the away supporters’ turnstiles and open three hours before kick-off.

Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.

Flags & banners

Flags under 2m x 1m are permitted in the away section, providing they have an accompanying fire safety certificate and will be checked prior to entry.

Flags must not contain anything considered to be offensive or discriminatory, including politically motivated statements. Flag poles are not allowed. Fans may be asked to relocate or remove banners should they block exits, stairwells, safety information or the view of another supporter.

Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.

Spurs respects

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.

Bag Policy

Everton have advised that bringing bags to the stadium is actively discouraged. Small personal bags (i.e. handbag/medical bag) are permitted but must not exceed A5 size (148.5 x 210 mm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches).

Please do not bring large bags or luggage such as rucksacks, briefcases, suitcases or suit bags to Goodison Park as they will not be permitted inside the stadium.

Please note that there is nowhere to store such items on the premises, though there are a number of left luggage facilities in Liverpool city centre. More information about these can be found here.

Reporting anti-social behaviour

To report an incident at Goodison Park, please notify the nearest steward or text HELP to 84300 with a description and location of the incident as soon as possible, or email reportit@evertonfc.com.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50 per cent reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of original tickets.
