King Charles appeared in fine form as he visited London football club Tottenham Hotspur this morning.
The 76-year-old monarch smiled and waved to well-wishers as he attended a demonstration by young people involved in the Huddle Project at the club's stadium.
He appeared to crack jokes with the players as he was taught how to throw an American football by players Phoebe Schecter and Efe Obada.
The King made the visit to celebrate the positive socio-economic impact of the football club and its partnership with the NFL on the local community.
After greeting representatives from the Club, he met community groups and local businesses that have benefitted from the opportunities provided by the new stadium.
