Tottenham Hotspur attacker Son Heung-min has now revealed the one thing he would like to change from his time at the club.

The South Korean international has been exceptional for Tottenham since joining the club and he has scored several goals and picked up numerous assists for them. Son has broken the assist record for Tottenham as well.

Speaking to the club’s official media, the player has now revealed that he would trade the record in exchange for a trophy. Despite his success with the English club, he has not managed to win a trophy for them.

Son told Tottenham Hotspur: “I’m very proud of what I’ve achieved for this club but I’m still hungry, I still want to always improve. If I could change one thing for a trophy it would definitely be this. I think everybody deserves this, the club deserve it, the fans deserve it, so we are working on it.”

There is no doubt that he has been a world-class performer for them and he has picked up the most number of assists for the club in the Premier League. It will be interesting to see if he can guide them to a trophy this season.

Tottenham certainly have a quality squad at their disposal, and the fans will certainly hope that they can end their 16-year wait for silverware.

Tottenham have been quite mediocre this season and it remains to be seen whether they can bounce back strongly during the second half of the season and secure Champions League qualification as well.
