Tottenham Hotspur ruled out a potential move for Archie Gray, who is the subject of plenty of loan interest ahead of the January transfer window.

Archie Gray has impressed in the opportunities that have come his way so far this season but the youngster is yet to be given a go in midfield and is still waiting for his first Premier League start.
It was revealed by GiveMeSport a couple of weeks ago that Spurs were bracing themselves for many loan offers for the 18-year-old in January, with a host of Premier League and Championship sides showing interest.
The report claimed that the North London club were yet to make a decision on whether to hang on to the teenager or send him out on loan so that he could get valuable game time under his belt.
Gray arrived at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in a deal worth around £30million in July of this year (BBC).

However, TBR Football now report that Spurs have indeed made their minds up about Gray and have decided that they will not be sending him out on loan for the remainder of the campaign.
It is explained that Ange Postecoglou sees the youngster as an important part of the squad and the feeling at the club is that the player is learning every single day while training at Hotspur Way.

In fact, it is asserted that Spurs and Gray have not even discussed the possibility of a potential January loan move, with the Leeds academy graduate having no desire to push for a move.

Gray has already shown that he is a quick learner and despite being so inexperienced, he is the most versatile player in the Spurs squad.
His ability to cover across the backline as well as in midfield makes him an invaluable squad player for Postecoglou.
