Tottenham Hotspur remain keen on signing Dominic Solanke from Bournemouth this summer.

The 26-year-old has been linked with a move for the North London club in recent months and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham can get the deal done.

Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou is looking to sign a quality number nine who can replace Harry Kane and the Bournemouth striker is reportedly on his radar.

The likes of West Ham United and Chelsea are keen on signing the 26-year-old as well according to Football Insider and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Solanke scored 19 goals in the Premier League last season and he has established himself as a reliable performer in the Premier League. He could prove to be a quality acquisition for the North London club if they can get the deal done.

Tottenham are yet to bring in a reliable replacement for Harry Kane who left the club last summer. Solanke could certainly fill that void in the upcoming campaign. The Bournemouth striker has shown that he can score goals consistently, and he is equally adept at holding up the play and bringing others into the game. He could add a new dimension to the Spurs attack.

However, it is fair to assume that Bournemouth are unlikely to let him leave for cheap. The striker joined the Cherries for a fee of around £19 million in 2019 and Bournemouth will look to make a substantial profit on him. It remains to be seen whethetr Spurs are ready to break the bank for the homegrown prospect in the coming weeks.
