Deservedly leading 1-0 at the break through Richarlison’s header, Spurs conceded twice in four minutes at the start of the second half with Jamie Vardy tapping in from close range and Bilal El Khannouss finishing from the edge of the box.

Pedro Porro’s free-kick struck the crossbar and Dejan Kulusevski went close but a depleted Spurs, who were missing 10 players through injury, could not find a way back into the game.

Created the opening goal with an excellent cross for Richarlison and twice came close to scoring, including with a deflected free-kick off the crossbar at 2-1. But De Cordova Reid escaped behind him for the equaliser and, a few minutes after his free-kick, he selfishly shot instead of squaring to Archie Gray.

Occasionally loose in possession and lost Vardy for the equalising goal but is putting in a shift every game and must be in need of a proper rest.

Made a couple of important blocks in the first half but could have been more assertive at the start of the second half when Leicester turned the game on its head.

Looks tired but coped well at left-back before moving into a more familiar midfield role for most of the second half.

Went missing for Leicester’s second goal and was sloppy in possession at times, suggesting he remains rusty following a series of recent absences.

Set up big chances for Porro and Son in the first 20 minutes and kept battling in another impressive display in the circumstances.

Involved in the build up to the Spurs goal but did not look fully fit. No surprise when he was hooked early in the second half.

Continues to work hard and look a huge threat on the counter but is obviously jaded. Went close to a leveller in the second half but the keeper stood up well to his shot.

Looked sharp after his double mid-week, twice forcing excellent saves from Stolarczyk at 0-0, but faded in the second half.

Marked his first league start of the season with a well-taken headed goal to break the deadlock. Looked a threat and his withdrawal shortly before the hour was met with boos.

It is a measure of Postecoglou’s current options that the Spaniard is now considered a game-changer from the bench. Got up and down well enough but short of quality in possession.
