Ange Postecoglou has left Sergio Reguilón out of his core plans at Tottenham Hotspur this season and didn’t offer him any minutes in the first hour months of this season.
The Spaniard made his first appearance of the season in December and has featured five times so far for Spurs.
AS state AS Monaco made a move for the Tottenham player in the winter market, but they weren’t able to secure his services.
The newspaper claims Galatasaray and Beşiktaş have emerged as the two options for the 28-year-old as the Turkish transfer window remains open until February 11th.
These two clubs have shown interest in the former Real Madrid man and AS say a move to Turkey would be ‘undoubtedly interesting’ for him.
Despite this, Reguilón is unlikely to leave Tottenham in the next few days because Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is ‘reluctant’ to sanction a move.
The left-back has less than six months left on his contract and as it stands he will leave Tottenham as a free agent in the summer. The north London club can earn a fee and also save on his salary if they decide to sell him in the coming days.
The winter market in England closed on Monday and AS state Levy has ‘not authorised’ Reguilón’s exit so far.
