This time of year marks the annual release of the new EAFC, formerly and more popularly known as FIFA. The game is scheduled to launch at this time next month.
Several ratings—including those for the entire Tottenham Hotspur team—have been made public. Let us examine a few of the ratings.
Tottenham’s player Heung Min-Son is in the lead, holding onto his 87 rating from the previous season. James Maddison is rated 85 this year and is ranked second with a +1 rating. The five highest-rated Spurs players further include Cristian Romero, Guglielmo Vicario and Pedro Porro, each with an 84-rated card except Porro who is on 83.
With 91 pace, Timo Werner leads all Tottenham players in the game. Brenan Johnson comes in second with 89, followed by Destiny Udogie and Van De Ven in a tie for third place with 88. Although there is no denying the speed of the first three, De Ven has been let down in that regard. Last season, the Dutch defender set a record for the quickest player in Premier League history.
With an 89, Son has the best shooting. With 86 for both passing and dribbling, Maddison holds the highest total. Romero has the best defensive rating of 85, while Dominic Solanke has the best physical rating of 83.
