Richarlison has been linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season.

The Brazilian has struggled with several injuries at Spurs since arriving from Everton back in the summer of 2022. This season has been no different either, with the forward clocking just 562 minutes of football across his 16 appearances under Ange Postecoglou.

He has struggled to establish himself as a regular in North London, and ever since joining from Everton, Richarlison has started only 32 Premier League games. The 27-year-old has become injury-prone, someone who cannot be relied upon by the Spurs head coach.

Latest reports suggest that the Tottenham bosses will meet Richarlison and his representatives in the coming weeks to discuss his future at the club. A potential exit from White Hart Lane appears to be very much on the cards, with the 27-year-old heavily linked with a return to Brazil. Everton remain keen on re-signing the Brazilian, who remains under contract at Spurs until June 2027.

According to a report from Bolavip Brasil, Richarlison is expected to end his torrid time at Tottenham at the end of the season. Journalist Jorge Nicola has ruled out a move back to Brazil for the versatile attacker, instead claiming that the player is eyeing a move to the lucrative Saudi Pro League.

Richarlison is among the highest earners at Tottenham. He currently bags £130,000-per-week salary and will likely receive a lucrative contract if he moves to the Saudi Pro League. Brazilian clubs, on the other hand, cannot afford to match his wage expectations and apparently have been ruled out as a potential destination.

The Hotspur Way chiefs are likely to offload the South American star if they receive a tempting offer. They are looking to address the weaknesses in the squad, and improving the attacking unit will be among the priorities after a disastrous campaign. If Tottenham can receive a decent fee for Richarlison, they must reinvest those funds into buying a reliable back-up striker for Dominic Solanke ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Sadly, things have not worked out between Richarlison and Tottenham. This summer represents the best opportunity for the North London outfit to part ways with the ex-Watford man, who certainly will not be short of suitors in the summer despite his tumbling stock.
