The West Ham youngster has turned the heads of the Premier League elite in recent months.
Arsenal and Newcastle United have launched a late hijack attempt to beat Tottenham Hotspur to the signing of promising West Ham youngster Kyran Thompson this summer.
The 15-year-old was poised to make the switch to Spurs with a deal seemingly imminent but there are now doubts over whether Ange Postecoglou's side will complete the investment. The Gunners and the Magpies have presented alternate projects in recent days which have cast doubt over the winger's future.

That's according to youth football expert The Secret Scout, a social media account known for its accuracy when it comes to transfers regarding future stars. Last Friday, the account took to social media platform X to report that Thompson was on the verge of a Spurs switch.
However, in the latest update, it is claimed: "Understand Arsenal and Newcastle have made late moves for West Ham young talent Kyran Thompson. Was set for Spurs, but Arsenal and Newcastle have presented their projects, over the last 10 days. Decision soon."
The rising star, who can also play as a number 10 as well as on the flank, had previously been named as a target for Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United. Despite having already turned heads, it is expected that any investment in Thompson would be as a future first-team player.

It is reported that any potential fee from Arsenal, Newcastle United or Spurs would be minimal with a compensation fee a greater expense given that the player has been with the Hammers since the age of nine.
Thompson was one of the first players to emerge from the Kent Elite Scouting Academy as a child. Seven of the crop of 12 players in his team went on to join clubs that included Spurs, Crystal Palace, Millwall and Gillingham, as well as West Ham.
