Season Ticket Holders can now apply online or by submitting an application form, which can be obtained from the Ticket Office, no later than 12noon on Thursday 27 February.

In the event that tickets are oversubscribed for this match they will be allocated in line with the Club’s ticketing point scheme.

Ticketing Points: 5

Collection process

At the request of the home club and the local Police/Authorities, supporters will be required to exchange/show a Tottenham Hotspur issued voucher for their individual match ticket at a dedicated collection point, from which it will be mandatory for our supporters to board a shuttle bus taking them the short distance to the stadium.

Tickets will not be issued in advance of the fixture and the successful Season Ticket Holders are advised that they MUST be in attendance on matchday to exchange/show their voucher for their ticket. Only on production of the Tottenham Hotspur issued voucher and a form of photo ID (passport/driving license) will the match ticket be given out.

Ticketing Points

Ticketing points will only be awarded to those supporters who exchange/show their voucher for their match ticket at the official collection point.

Access information

Access supporters are kindly asked to note the following important information:

Wheelchair users are advised that all wheelchair accessible viewing spaces are in the home section, among the AZ Alkmaar supporters. AZ Alkmaar have asked that supporters do not wear Tottenham Hotspur clothing, items, or colours.

Supporters with ambulant access requirements will be allocated seats alongside Tottenham Hotspur supporters. Please note that there is no step-free access, and supporters will need to feel safe and comfortable climbing a staircase to reach their seats.

Access supporters who are successful will be contacted by the Tottenham Hotspur Access Team to discuss ticket collection and transport to the stadium.
