Tottenham and Arsenal are being linked with a former Premier League striker as they both look to add depth at the top end of the pitch this summer. Spurs have severely lacked depth across the board this season, with injuries ruining their season and leaving Ange Postecoglou hanging by a thread.

Though, injuries are finally starting to clear up, and it’s likely Postecoglou will be judged on what happens between now and the end of the season. Come the end of the season, Postecoglou, or any other manager that may be in charge, is going to want reinforcements at the top end of the pitch.

With Richarlison having struggled with injury this season, and also having been linked with away, Spurs need a more reliable alternative for Dominic Solanke, and so they are likely to sign a new frontman. Meanwhile, Arsenal will inevitably sign a new frontman after losing Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus to injury for the rest of the season, and the latter will be out until next winter.

With both sides in the market for a new frontman, it will be interesting to see whether their targets cross over, and according to CaughtOffside, that may already be taking place. It’s claimed both Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in signing former Everton striker Moise Kean.

According to the report, the Fiorentina frontman is of interest to both clubs having scored 16 goals in 24 league games this season, making him the second top scorer in Serie A. Aston Villa are also said to be interested in a deal, with Kean’s release clause set at £43million.

The 24-year-old has had an up and down career so far, struggling at Everton with just two goals in 32 league appearances, though he did score 13 in 26 during a loan spell with PSG and 10 in 55 with Juventus. After joining Juve on a permanent deal, he scored just one goal in 24 league appearances, and that led to his Fiorentina switch, which was worth just £14.9million including add-ons.

Since then, the still young striker has found new life, and he is now being linked with a number of clubs, and indeed a Premier League return. Having only signed in 2024, Kean is under contract at Fiorentina until 2029, and the Italian club will be set for a mammoth profit if they decide to hold out for the full value of the release clause this summer.

As far as Arsenal are concerned, it would be a cheap option given they would need to pay significantly more for the likes of Benjamin Sesko, albeit a gamble given Kean’s previous experience in the Premier League, even if he was young. For Spurs, it would likely be viewed as a pricey deal, but they would be signing a player in form, and they are not likely to sign a striker to displace Solanke, who cost significantly more, needing more competition and depth. Kean is likely to be one of a number of options for both clubs at this stage.

Tottenham Hotspur could sell club captain Son Heung-min this summer to fund a swoop for Crystal Palace forward Eberechi Eze as Ange Postecoglou looks to plan for the long term future in North London.

The Aussie has maintained the backing of the board despite a season which has been nothing short of disastrous in places. Spurs sit 12th in the top flight and risk a first bottom half finish since 2008.

Nonetheless, Postecoglou looks secure in his role and will spend the summer improving a squad that has been riddled with injuries this term. One player that Spurs have been linked with is Crystal Palace winger Eze and TBR Football now reports how the transfer swoop could be a possibility.

Spurs ‘could be ready’ to sell Son Heung-min

The outlet claims that Tottenham Hotspur 'could be ready' to part ways with captain Son as they look for a ruthless summer window to avoid another underwhelming Premier League season. Eze is a 'top target' according to the report, with Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal all also monitoring the Eagles man.

TBR claims that Spurs are 'front of the queue' and have already started work on recruiting the player, who has a release clause in excess of £60 million in his contract. Son was signed by Spurs in 2015 for £22 million and has gone on to become a club legend.

The South Korea international has scored 172 goals for the club but managed just 10 this season. Now 32 years old, the 26-year-old Eze could be seen as the preferred option for the next era of football at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

What has caused drop in Son form?

Speaking on the latest Tottenham Hotspur podcast, NationalWorld's James Trembath gave his verdict on Son's loss of form this term. He said: "You'd say on current form that Heung-min Son needs a bit of a break, it's a bit of a mystery in terms of his form. There's the obvious fact of the hamstring injury earlier in the season. He scored a couple of goals when he came back against West Ham but then got injured again. Maybe he's carrying a knock?

"You've got to look at the amount of football he plays as well and the jet-setting back over to Korea for the international breaks over a number of years and that really does take its toll on the legs. Maybe that's a factor.

"You've also got to look at his confidence as well. He's missed big chances and just looks devoid of confidence. Whether the leadership is just weighing a little bit heavy on him as well, could that be a factor?

"There's a number of things that it could be. There's no doubting the fact that he's still a world class player - he's shown that in flashes, that he still has all the ability - he can go past a player and has two great feet but we're just missing that explosive Son. The Son that used to cut in from the left hand side and smash the ball into the top corner with his right foot. It just seems to have dropped off ever so slightly."

Despite reports of interest from Spurs, Liverpool and Arsenal, Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish admitted that he was shocked over the lack of serious bids for the England international last summer. He said: "I was really worried from a club point of view of losing Michael and Ebbs in the same window and we didn't have in Ebbs the interest that I thought we would have. I was astounded. Genuinely astounded. I mean, the guy's just an outstanding footballer, an outstanding person."

In other news, Tottenham Hotspur are ‘willing’ to offer £62 million for a midfielder with 19 appearances for a title challenging League One side this term.

Tottenham Hotspur have recorded back-to-back Premier League wins for the first time since September thanks to victories over Leicester City and Manchester United. Next up is a trip to struggling Ipswich Town as Ange Postecoglou looks to make it three in a row.

It's the first sign of any sort of stability at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in months and comes as first team players begin to return to fitness. Wilson Odobert and Brennan Johnson returned from injury against Manchester United and striker Dominic Solanke is set for his comeback at the start of March.

That could leave Postecoglou with somewhat of a selection dilemma - a rarity in a season that has seen him short of options. Spurs captain Son Heung-min has been a constant in the side, only missing three top flight matches this term.

Postecoglou faces big Son call

However, the South Korea international has been far from his most prolific. He has just six Premier League goals this season and has only scored once in 2025.

Speaking on the latest Tottenham Hotspur podcast, NationalWorld's James Trembath has suggested that Postecoglou could look at dropping the player, who has been relentless since arriving at Spurs from Bayer Leverkusen for £22 million in 2015.

Trembath said: "I think that's a really good question [what has happened to Son] and I think you'd have to say on current form, with returning players, his position in the team, all be it he's the captain of the team and the club, might be under a little bit of threat.

"When Dominic Solanke comes back, he'll be the focal point. Does that mean that Mathys Tel moves out onto the left hand side, we've obviously got Wilson Odobert coming back who can play that role, Brennan Johnson on the other side and Kulusevski who can fill in on the flanks. We've got Mikey Moore coming through and he deserves more minutes as he's been pretty good when we've seen him. Lots of options for Postecoglou and big decisions ahead."

To drop Son against Ipswich, following back-to-back wins in which he has started, would be a big decision for Postecoglou. However, it's one that Trembath believes could be justified.

Son could be suffering consequence of ‘jet-setting’ international duties

He continued: "You'd say on current form that Heung-min Son needs a bit of a break, it's a bit of a mystery in terms of his form.

Tottenham are said to be interested in a pricey La Liga midfielder as they look to strengthen significantly this summer. Spurs are in the midst of a season they already want to forget, currently stuck in the bottom half and without any realistic hope of challenging for European qualification through the Premier League.

Ange Postecoglou’s men can still secure European qualification through the Europa League, but they are going to have to win the competition. That does not look likely at this stage, but payers are returning from injury, so there is some hope, and especially after the weekend’s win over Manchester United.

This summer, Tottenham are likely to make a number of new signings as they look to add sufficient quality and depth, and that is whether Postecoglou is there or not. One midfielder Spurs are being linked with is Atletico Madrid star Pablo Barrios, who is still just 21 years of age.

According to Fichajes, Spurs believe Barrios could be an ‘important’ player, and it’s claimed they could be willing to offer £62million to get a deal done. Barrios is under contract until 2028 as things stand, and his release clause is at £82.8million, as reported by Estadio Deportivo. Chelsea have also been linked with a move recently.

Barrios has made 19 league appearances for Atleti this season, with 18 of those outings being starts. Atletico are currently third in the La Liga table, but they are just one point behind Barcelona at this stage.

Asked if Atleti can compete for the title back in December, Barrios told Cadena Ser: “Yes, yes. I said that at the beginning of the season when things weren't going well. I said that we had a great team with the people who came and those of us who were here, but this is a long time, we have to go little by little, game by game.”

Barrios is Madrid-born and came through the Atleti academy, albeit with brief spells elsewhere as a youngster, including with Real Madrid, and adored by the fans, it may not be easy to convince the midfielder to move on from the Civitas Metropolitano, not to mention Spurs would already be attempting to get Los Rojiblancos to accept a fee worth significantly less than the release clause.

Tottenham Hotspur have 'stepped up' their efforts to sign England international Angel Gomes on a free transfer this summer, amid reports of competition from Premier League rivals West Ham and Manchester United.

That's according to TBR Football, with the outlet claiming that Spurs are 'pushing hard' to snap up the 24-year-old. Gomes is currently playing his football at Lille but his contract is due to expire at the end of the current campaign.

The midfielder has pushed himself into the England team this season, earning his first senior cap in the Nations League meeting with Ireland last September. He has gone on to earn three further Three Lions appearances.

Spurs want to be ‘front of queue’ for England international

A product of the Manchester United youth academy, Gomes made 10 senior appearances for the Red Devils, making his debut at the tender age of 16. He then left Old Trafford at the end of his contract to join Lille in 2022.

TBR Football claim that Spurs are determined to put themselves at the 'front of the queue' to recruit Gomes this summer, a free transfer too golden a deal to pass up on. Tottenham Hotspur were also in talks with Lille star Jonathan David in December but the forward's future now appears to be elsewhere.

West Ham are named as another party interested in Gomes with a bid supposedly sent to Lille in January in an effort to snap up the player before the free agent race hots up in the summer. Clubs in Germany, Italy and Spain are also reportedly interested.

Speaking about Gomes in September, following his call-up to the England squad, caretaker Three Lions boss said Lee Carsley: "He absolutely loves football. He watches football, he's interested in tactics, he knows all the player in any league.

"If you ask him for any feedback you need to be prepared that he is going to give you some feedback on the session or how we're going to build up, or the positions.

"He'll help in terms of he will often say about some build-ups that he's done at other clubs or what he's played against, because obviously he's playing in France so he sees different things. He fully deserves it (his call-up)."

Postecoglou confident ‘big club’ Spurs can land marquee signings

Should Spurs beat Manchester United to the signing of Gomes, it would be the second time the London outfit has done that with forward Mathys Tel courted by the Red Devils last month too. Postecoglou has backed Tottenham Hotspur to remain an attractive option for the biggest stars, despite recent troubles on the pitch.

He said: "It depends what the players are looking for. You can look at it two ways. OK the league form is not great but there's some pretty big possibilities to have success here in the last three or four months [of the season].

"It's still a big club, it's still a club that can challenge for honours and it's whether the player sees the potential that we see right now, or certainly that I see. If it's too much of a hard sell, it's probably not the right one for us."

In other news, this could be the dream Tottenham Hotspur starting XI for 2025/26 if current rumours are true.

Tottenham Hotspur are looking ahead to the summer transfer window as they hope for a better season next year under manager Ange Postecoglou.

Some of the pressure on the Spurs manager eased last weekend as he saw his side beat Manchester United 1-0 thanks to a goal from James Maddison, who returned from an injury.

They sit 12th in the Premier League, level on points with 13th placed Crystal Palace, who lost 2-1 to Everton over the weekend. They are set to battle Spurs for a highly-rated Championship midfielder.

Tottenham and Palace set to bid for Jobe Bellingham

Jobe Bellingham - who is the brother of England and Real Madrid star Jude - has impressed in the Championship this season for Sunderland, making 29 appearances, with four goals and three assists. He has helped Regis Le Bris’ side to fourth in the league after 33 games.

In the January transfer window, reports emerged linking Bellingham to several Premier League clubs including Tottenham, Palace and Arsenal, suggesting that the trio could make a move for him in the summer transfer window. Former Tottenham scout Mick Brown believes that Sunderland will listen to offers for the 19-year-old, and that if a big enough bid is made, the likes of Spurs could sign him in summer.

He told Football Insider: “I think Sunderland would let him go if they got a good price for him. Especially if they don’t get promoted this season, they’re going to listen to offers.

“Crystal Palace and Tottenham have had scouts watching him this season so they’ll be two of the teams in the running if he is going to leave. So it’ll be up to them to assess whether he’s ready to make that jump. From a Sunderland point of view, knowing the way the owners want to operate, I think if they get a huge bid for him then they’ll let him go.”

Sunderland are believed to value Bellingham at around the £30m mark, but come the end of the season, the Black Cats could place a much bigger price tag on him - should they get promoted.

How would Bellingham fit at Tottenham or Palace?

Spurs’ mantra when signing players over the past few years, is to develop them into first team stars, Bellingham could be the latest such player. In midfield, Postecoglou currently plays the likes of Rodrigo Bentancur, Lucas Bergvall, James Maddison and Yves Bissouma. Bellingham would have a lot of competition initially, but he could gradually work his way into the team.

He can play both as a more attacking midfielder and a defensive one, which could be very beneficial for a Tottenham side who have struggled for depth this season due to their injury problems.

Meanwhile, if he was to join Crystal Palace, it would be easier for Bellingham to get into the first team, as he would be competing with the likes of Will Hughes, Jefferson Lerma, Adam Wharton and Daichi Kamada.

Not only could Bellingham get into the team immediately, but he could also become the main star midfielder as Adam Wharton has recently been subject to reports linking him with a move to Tottenham. If Wharton was to leave Selhurst Park, they would need to find a replacement which could come in the form of Bellingham.

Tottenham Hotspur are currently nursing a long list of injuries and have several key players out of action. While some are looking to return to match-day action fairly quickly, others are out for longer periods, leaving Ange Postecoglou with limited options in some areas.

Tottenham’s latest Premier League outing saw them snub Manchester United in a significant 1-0 win, banking a much-needed victory following consecutive FA Cup ad Carabao Cup exits.

It was a bittersweet occasion for Spurs on the injury front. After seeing welcoming back the likes of James Maddison and Guglielmo Vicario, three new fitness concerns were raised during Sunday’s home clash. Following the latest injury updates from Postecoglou, here’s a full rundown of Tottenham’s absences and when each player could be expected to return.

Son Heung-min

Son was taken off against United in the latter stages of the match with an apparent knock. The forward, similar to Rodrigo Bentancur and winter recruit Kevin Danso, is not expected to be out for long based on the manager’s comments.

“They all got sort of knocks. I don't think it is anything significant. But the beauty of it now is we can actually get them to recover instead of trying to patch them up and throw them out [onto the pitch] again midweek. I think from what I’ve heard, knocks all three of them but they should be fine.”

Estimated return date: Ipswich Town (22 February)

Rodrigo Bentancur

Bentancur was also taken off late in the game against United but with no midweek matches coming up, the gap could be enough for him to come back to face Ipswich Town at the weekend.

Estimated return date: Ipswich Town (22 February)

Kevin Danso

Postecoglou provided the same update for Son, Bentancur and Danso after the latter was replaced by Archie Gray with a little more than ten minutes to go on Sunday.

Estimated return date: Ipswich Town (22 February)

Micky van de Ven

Postecoglou provided an update on Van de Ven’s absence since featuring against Elfsborg in the Europa League. The defender hasn’t appeared in the Premier League since December.

“With Micky we made a decision, and I was certainly the catalyst of that, to just have a look at exactly beyond the injury how we can get him back in a good spot. He is doing some different things and working with some different people,” the manager said on Friday.

“It’s not as much about the injury as about the mechanics of him because we want him back and we want him back in a real good space. He is training and feels really good. We are still confident his return is imminent but we want to make sure we get it right.”

Estimated return date: March

Cristian Romero

Romero has been out for a significant amount of time at this point but returned to training last month. However, the manager continues to monitor the situation as he doesn’t want to risk rushing the Argentine back too soon.

“With Romero, it has been a healing issue. The injury hadn’t healed up as quickly as we thought it would which, again, we could have pushed him and risked it but we have waited to give him a bit more time,” Postecoglou said. “We will get some clear indication as to his healing and depending on that his return could be imminent as well.”

Estimated return date: March

Dominic Solanke

After picking up a knee injury during training, Postecoglou has predicted a ‘two or three week’ period before the forward returns to action. The same timeline has been quoted for Van de Ven and Romero.

Estimated return date: March

Radu Dragusin

After suffering an ACL injury and undergoing surgery, Dragusin will be out for the remainder of the season.

Estimated return date: Unknown

Timo Werner

Werner is reportedly close to returning to action, having missed out against United. Postecoglou has confirmed he is ‘pretty close’ to being available for selection again.

Estimated return date: Ipswich Town (22 February)

Richarlison

Following the return of Maddison and Brennan Johnson, Postecoglou followed up with a similar return timeframe for Richarlison.

“Richy, again, similar to Madders and Brennan, who had similar calf injuries, depending on how he recovers – Madders bounced back really quickly, it’s only been two and a bit weeks for him, Brennan’s been three weeks - we’re looking at the same time frame for Richy.”

Estimated return date: March

Tottenham Hotspur are looking to bolster their squad significantly over the summer transfer window as they continue to struggle with injury setbacks.

Despite their latest win over Manchester United, Spurs remain outside the Premier League top ten. With 30 points on the board, they are currently 14 outside the top four, which looks set to be a close contest up to the end of the season.

Tottenham didn’t hesitate to get some significant deals over the line during the winter window. Ange Postecoglou saw the likes of Antonin Kinsky, Kevin Danso and Mathys Tel join the ranks for the second half of the season.

While some key players have returned from injury, including Guglielmo Vicario and James Maddison, others remain out of action for both short and long-term spells.

Tottenham have been linked with some exciting transfer targets ahead of the summer window. We’ve taken a look at how next season’s starting XI could shape up based on some of the latest transfer rumours.

Tottenham continue interest in Marc Guehi

Goalkeeper: Guglielmo Vicario

Defenders: Pedro Porro, Marc Guehi, Cristian Romero, Djed Spence

Vicario returned to action against Man United and kept a clean sheet to mark his long-awaited comeback. Spurs are looking to keep influential players like Pedro Porro on the books, while other defenders are being outsourced.

Marc Guehi continues to attract attention from around the world and Spurs are one of those keen on signing him. They saw a £70 million bid rejected by Crystal Palace during the January transfer window and according to Fabrizio Romano, he remains on the radar of Postecoglou’s side ahead of the last 12 months of his contract.

Midfielders: Lucas Bergvall, Rodrigo Bentancur, James Maddison

Maddison marked his return with an important goal against United at the weekend. His early strike marked the only goal of the evening, and a big three points for his side.

Lucas Bergvall has become a regular starter for Spurs and will be eager to fight for his position in midfield. Meanwhile, Dejan Kulusevski has been alternating between starting in midfield and at right-wing, so he can continue his influence in attack.

Spurs revisit Jack Grealish interest

Attackers: Dejan Kulusevski, Heung-min Son, Jack Grealish

The versatile Heung-min Son can shift into the centre-forward role to make space for any potential new signings out side. Jack Grealish continues to be linked to Tottenham following months of initial interest. However, Spurs have faced some roadblocks along the way already.

Back in November, GiveMeSport reported that Grealish’s high wages were proving to be an issue for Postecoglou’s side. The England international was also ‘not interested’ in leaving Manchester City at the time of the report.

However, having fallen out of favour under Pep Guardiola recently, reports continue to swirl around Grealish’s future. The winger is a long-standing Spurs target, having reportedly been close to signing for the capital side way back in 2018. Recent reports have re-linked Tottenham with interest in Grealish, as rumours of a potential January swoop did the rounds.

The winger is under contract until 2027 with City but with just six Premier League starts so far this season, the champions could opt to cash in before his market value drops.

Tottenham Hotspur made it two Premier League wins in a row as they defeated Manchester United 1-0 in North London on Sunday afternoon. Spurs beat Brentford 2-0 in their previous league fixture but followed that up with a 4-0 loss to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup and 2-1 defeat at the hands of Aston Villa in the FA Cup.

However, James Maddison scored the only goal of the game in the first half against the Red Devils to clinch an important three points. Up next is a trip to Ipswich Town before Spurs host Manchester City in a midweek fixture to end the month.

"I certainly believe there is still a hell of a lot on offer for us, this back-half of the year. Europe is the obvious one, but even in the league I think we could make inroads there. We’re not happy with where we are. It’s unacceptable that we’re in the position we are. But the circumstances have dictated that to a great extent. The circumstances will change ,” said a pleased Ange Postecoglou after the win.

“The guys who came back in today will improve and make us stronger. There’s still two or three more on the horizon who will also come back. I think that gives us an opportunity before long. It’s only one game, but I thought today was an important game if we were going to start that progress. Getting three points makes us think, OK, it’s starting to make an impact."

O’Hara criticises Son

After Sunday’s win, former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara was reflecting on the performance and put forward his belief that Heung-Min Son is no longer world class.

“What about Son? I have been taking so much stick from South Korea fans. I am getting loads of stick 24/7 because I said Son is not a captain and Son is not a leader,” said O’Hara on talkSPORT on Monday morning.

“We have to start looking at a replacement for Son. He has been an unbelievable servant to the football club and he is a top player, don’t get me wrong. He has been, in my opinion, world class but he isn’t anymore. He has lost a yard of pace and lost belief to go past somebody. He doesn’t go past anybody anymore. He doesn’t make anything happen.

“Listen, sometimes ages gets the better of you and have you to start looking elsewhere. I don't think Son is the guy who should be captain anymore. He shouldn't be captain anymore for Tottenham.”

Where does Son’s future lie?

The Spurs forward was set to be out of contract this summer but an option to extend his deal in North London by an extra 12 months was activated by Tottenham in early January. It means he will have one season left at the club once the current campaign concludes.

He has made 22 appearances for Tottenham in the Premier League this season, with six goals and seven assists. He has three goals in six Europa League games and also netted once in Spurs’ run to the Carabao Cup semi-finals. The 32-year-old joined Spurs from Bayer Leverkusen in 2015 and he has made well over 400 appearances since his move. He was named club captain in August 2023. Overall he has scored 172 goals for Tottenham and provided 92 assists.

Last week, Postecoglou hit back at criticism of Son as he said ahead of the win over United: "I've said a million times; we are in a world now where people are constantly wanting someone to blame. That is the world we live in. The reason for our poor results and consistency is not because of Sonny or my tactics.

"It is just that we have had 11 injuries for the last two months that means we have had tired players, but that doesn't suffice. That doesn't provide a head on a plate. That's how we live our lives these days. If someone makes a mistake, they want to tear them down. There is no leniency anymore, understanding or contextualising of why this happened.

"They are looking for someone. If people think Sonny hasn't done everything in his power to help us through this. So, what if he is a nice guy? What is wrong with being a nice person Sonny is Sonny. I have no complaints about his leadership, he's handled it his way. If you're looking for someone to blame, you're looking at the guy most culpable."

Tottenham Hotspur won 1-0 at home to Manchester United on Sunday afternoon. James Maddison’s first-half goal was enough to earn a big three points at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Some pressure has been eased off Ange Postecoglou after their victory over the Red Devils. The visitors missed a couple of chances but weren’t able to take them.

The hosts are now sat 12th in the table. They have 30 points on the board from their first 25 fixtures and have 13 games left to play.

Gary Neville on Djed Spence

Speaking after the game, Gary Neville, who was on co-commentary duties for Sky Sports, singled out Spurs’ Djed Spence for praise and said: “It isn’t an easy one to choose (player of the match) but I think Djed Spence has been good as any for Spurs at left-back. Spence on that side has stuck to his task well.”

Neville, who spent his whole playing career at United, added: “105 days Spurs have waited to win a home Premier League game and it’s James Maddison’s goal after he capitalised on a little bit of an error from Andre Onana.

“(Alejandro) Garnacho had some chances for United and maybe they could have levelled. The overall performance again was pretty poor and worrying for Ruben Amorim’s men.”

Spence, 24, has done well as a left-back over recent times. He has been forced to play there due to their well documented injury issues at the back and has adapted adequately.

Spurs signed the London-born man back in 2022 from Middlesbrough and it was a tough first couple of years for him. However, he has started to become an important member of the first-team squad.

The ex-England youth international has made 23 appearances in all competitions for his current club to date, 18 of which have come this season, and he has chipped in with one goal. He has also had loan spells away in the past at Rennes, Leeds United and Genoa.

He spent the second-half of last term with the latter and played 16 matches in Serie A. Spence returned to Spurs for pre-season last summer ahead of this campaign and he hasn’t looked back since.

What now for Tottenham Hotspur?

Spurs are back in action next weekend with an away trip to Portman Road to face Ipswich Town. Their upcoming opponents are sat in the bottom three along with Leicester City and Southampton and they drew 1-1 against Aston Villa at Villa Park last time out.

Postecoglou’s men then have back-to-back home fixtures against Manchester City and AFC Bournemouth as they look to build some momentum. They should take confidence from their win over United as they aim to hit some form now.
